Conversely,
some pesticides offered by garden centers are not available to commercial
applicators. Lindane (ferti-lome, Bonide) and older Isotox formulations
containing Vendex along with Orthene can be easily found on shelves.
Comments: Two lindane formulation was found, the ferti-lome brand provided at
two garden centers and Bonide brand at Builders' Square.

Germate Plus
- Dry treatment with Vitavax, Diazinon and Lindane for corn and
beans. Protects against early season seed attacking insects and diseases.
Kernel Guard -
Contains Captan, Diazinon and Lindane. Available in 1.5 oz. packets, 1.5
oz. canisters and 4lb. pails. Protection from wireworms, seed corn maggots, seed
corn beetles plus early season seedling blights, seed rots and seed decay.
Kernel Guard contains red coloration along with both talc and graphite for even
seed flow in most planters.
Sorghum Guard
